Most of us are so involved in our work ethics that we hardly scrutinize our body’s demand to stay fit and its need to exercise. Our work life can be so hectic that we often miss out meals and eventually our sustenance is mostly on outside food, one meal a day or irregular diet pattern resulting in various body disorders and problems in later stages of our lives like diabetes, heart problems, defect in muscle functioning, etc.
Eating healthy and working out can be difficult when you are extremely busy
However, it is definitely possible to stay healthy and fit while your work hours. Here are some tips.
1– GET YOUR TEA AND BREAKFAST TOGETHER:
Having your tea along with you wholesome breakfast can save upon so much of time and get your morning start along with a good intake of calories needed for you to rush. If you are not a tea person switch to juices or hot water with honey added to it as this will awaken up your digestive system.
Most of us tend to skip our breakfast which eventually results in our body metabolism to slow down leading your body to undergo survival mode.
Hence a complete nutritious breakfast is important to keep our body going.
2- PACK YOUR LUNCH :
The easiest way to stay healthy while being busy is to pack your own lunch which is nutritious and has enough minerals to get you through the day without draining you out. This will give you the food of your choice and also save up on a lot of money.
You can add salads our fruits like avocado or raspberry to your lunch for tests and better calorie intake.
3- BRING YOUR WATER BOTTLE WITH YOU EVERYWHERE :
When it comes to fluids we know that our body composition is 75% fluid.
It’s important for us to stay hydrated even if we are sitting on our desks,
Most of us take no notice of this small thing but this is majorly the reason that causes dehydration, headaches, nausea, and distraction during work. It is compulsory for our body to at least consume 8 cups a day.
4-FIT YOUR WORKOUT IN :
While it is so difficult to sweat it out in gyms or at home because of our schedule it is to be taken care of that we do it on the go.
e.g.: taken stairs instead of the lift, talk while you walk, less intake of caffeine and switching to green tea, use of public transport, etc.
These small initiatives of exercise will definitely contribute to your body exercise without draining a heavy amount of calories out of your body.
5-NEVER SKIP YOUR DINNER :
After a tiring day, our body demands food to regain and restore its energy for the next day, hence taking in the proper amount is important.
Eating very less food during the night will not allow the body to restore its muscle loss or gain its energy to function properly thus compromising our health and leading to fatigue when we wake up the next day.
Eating too much will cause deep sleep and dizziness and overeating needs at least 10-12 hours to completely get digested by our body.
Thus eating the right amount of food including vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins, etc. everything in the right proportion will contribute to a healthy living and a healthy lifestyle.
