There is nothing that beats the home-cooked meal. You can easily prepare Grilled chicken breast recipe at home and enjoy your meal with your friends and family.
All you need is Chicken breast, vegetables, onions, tomato, capsicum, oil, ginger garlic paste, salt pepper, chicken masala. Just follow these simple steps to prepare grilled chicken breast recipe, I have also provided images along with the steps.
1- Wash the chicken breast properly. (Note: Chicken breast should be skinless if it is normal chicken remove the skin while washing it).
2- Apply cuts on the chicken as shown.
3- Marinate the chicken. (Note- To marinate the chicken breast make a paste by adding 5 spoons of curd, 2 spoons of ginger garlic paste and add salt pepper and chicken masala according to your taste and emotion after this add one spoon of any edible oil to it. )
4- Mix the paste properly and apply it to the chicken breast.
5-After marinate place the chicken breast in the fridge for 25-30 minutes.
6- Utilize this time by cutting broccoli, capsicum, onion, and tomato. After cutting the vegetables saute them.
7- Once the chicken breast is marinated properly apply some oil on it and cook the chicken breast on the pan for about 7-8 minutes on each side.
8- Your grilled chicken breast recipe is ready to eat at home.
